I placed an order online, then realized I bought the wrong scooter. I called the company and they stopped the shipment just before it went out the door. They were really cool about it and I put in an order for the one I really wanted. When the scooter got here, the fender was broken. I called them up and they got another fender shipped out the next day. I got the Knockout and it’s a hell of a lot of fun.

BUYER BEWARE!!! X-Treme Scooters has a history of selling defective merchandise and then charging a 15-30% restocking fee. The return shipping costs are also the burden of the buyer even if the cause of the damage/defects were a result of improper packaging for shipment and shipping damage. Urban Scooters merely drop ships from Allco Manufacturing and appears to have no actual inventory. Urban Scooters appears to operate out of a UPS store mail box.
I left a previous review but could not revise. I gave Urban Scooters the chance to fix my issue with them, Frankbwent above and beyond to accommodate all of my concerns and got me exactly the bike I wanted. Can’t thank them enough for their amazing service and support!
PS: the bike arrived flawlessly!
