I’m trying to order another hot dog collar but all numbers andcthe email are no good. I love their collars and need a good phone number.

I ordered a collar and paid for expedited shipping. It came on time, BUT it was not printed correctly. I tried to contact the company for an entire day via phone and no one would answer. I chatted and that was useless (No kidding, I think they were stoned.) I finally got someone on the phone they said they would replace it but 5 days later I still didn’t have it. I called back they told me I was pushed back for “a big order” (Fixing their mistake was clearly not a priority). So I was not printed until the day that I called, at which point she said they’d likely ship that day “oh no cost you honey” (WHAT! no crap no cost to me! I’ve already paid expedited shipping, that should be refunded, for a product I’ve yet to receive correctly, in double the amount of time promised, you’re joking right?). I am now currently waiting on this order still, I hope to receive it soon. She called back and said it would ship today – we live an hour away – so my guess is I will receive it in 3 months, still incorrect. Geesh people close up shop. Honestly, whoever wrote the PROs up there, please read the google, yelp, pissedcustomer reviews… this place is a joke. Do not refer anyone here.
